Kaprizov suffered the injury in Saturday’s 4-2 loss to the Winnipeg Jets. The club will exercise caution with their star sniper, who has tallied 34 points (13 goals, 21 assists) in 34 games so far this season. Marcus Johansson will likely fill Kaprizov’s role on Minnesota’s top forward line until he is able to return.
