The defenseman is a solid multiple category asset in lineup for fantasy managers, tallying 13 points (five goals, eight assists) while also racking up 61 blocked shots and 36 hits in 25 games so far this season.

Jonas Brodin registered two points for the Wild Friday night, scoring one goal and adding one assist in a 3-2 win over the Penguins.

Fantasy Impact: Brodin has caught fire in the offensive zone of late, recording points in four of his last five games (one goal, four assists) for the Wild. The blueliner has not been a very reliable option in lineups for fantasy managers for much of the season however, picking up just 15 points (two goals, 13 assists) in 33 games so far this season.

Pat Maroon scored a goal and had an assist during a 4-3 loss to New Jersey. He scored on his only shot attempt and finished with a plus-one rating in 14:22 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: In nine games played this season, Maroon has one goal and six assists with a plus-one rating. Last season in 80 games with Tampa Bay he scored five goals and nine assists and is a valuable bottom-six role player at this point of his career.

Dakota Mermis scored a third-period goal during a 6-2 loss to Philadelphia. He scored on his only shot attempt in the game while playing 17:05 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: This season in five games played, Mermis scored two goals and has two assists with an even rating. In 32 career NHL games he has three goals and five assists with a plus-seven rating.

John Klingberg scored a second-period power-play goal during a 4-3 shootout loss to Vegas. He had four shot attempts in the game and also added a blocked shot during 16:48 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: The goal was his 10th of the season and he also has 21 assists in 62 games played. It was his second goal with the Wild in 12 games after coming over in the trade from Anaheim.

Brandon Duhaime scored a second-period goal during a 4-3 win versus Nashville. He had three shots on goal and also had two blocks in just 10:48 minutes of ice time. He also finished the game with a plus-three rating.

Fantasy Impact: In 33 games played, he has just five goals and one assist with a plus-three rating. It was Duhaime's first goal since Jan. 7th at Buffalo.

Jared Spurgeon had an assist during a 4-3 win versus Nashville. He did not have a shot attempt but did finish the game with a plus-two rating and also four hits and two blocks in 23:26 minutes of ice time.

Fantasy Impact: The assist was his first point since he scored a goal versus Buffalo on Jan. 28th. Overall Spurgeon has nine goals, 16 assists, and a plus-18 rating in 56 games played.

Calen Addison had an assist in the first period during a 3-2 shootout win versus New Jersey.

Fantasy Impact: This season in 51 games Addison has three goals and 23 assists with a minus-18 rating. It was his second assist in the last four games.
