Joe Veleno was able to light the lamp for the Red Wings Saturday night, scoring the team's lone goal in a 4-1 loss to the Bruins.

Veleno has had a nose for the net of late for the Red Wings, scoring goals in four of the team's last five games. The 23-year-old has been a surprising contributor for head coach Derek Lalonde to begin the season, notching six points (five goals, one assist) in nine games so far this season.
