Cam Talbot struggled between the pipes for the Red Wings Friday night, allowing five goals on 21 shots faced in a 5-2 loss to the Maple Leafs.
Fantasy Impact:
Talbot has fought consistency issues in goal of late, allowing three or more goals in three of his last six starts (0-5-0) for the Red Wings. The veteran netminder has done his best to keep the puck out of the net playing behind an atrocious Detroit blueline group, posting a 2.98 GAA and .906 save percentage in 19 appearances (6-9-2, one shutout) in the crease so far this season.
