Semyon Varlamov posted a shutout for the Islanders Sunday night, stopping all 23 shots faced in a 4-0 win over the Jets.
Fantasy Impact:
Varlamov has been mostly reliable in the crease of late for the Islanders, allowing three goals or less in three of his last five starts (3-1-1, .918 save percentage) for the club. The veteran netminder has been strong most nights when called upon, carrying a 2.68 GAA and .914 save percentage in 20 starts (11-7-2) in net so far this season.
