Fantasy Impact:
Sandin, dubbed "Sandman" by Leafs head coach Mike Babcock, was selected by Toronto with the 29th overall pick in the NHL Draft this summer. Sandin drew praise throughout training camp, but needs more grooming before he can claim a spot on the parent club. Despite his lack of fantasy relevance in 2018-19, he's certainly worth keeping an eye on down the road.
