This occurred prior to the team opting to sign free-agent QB Jeff Driskel last week, resulting in a loaded quarterback depth chart including third-round draft pick Davis Mills out of Stanford and veteran Tyrod Taylor. With Finley being released to waivers, the quarterback room in Houston becomes less contested.
