The Steelers are perpetually in search of reliable backups for Najee Harris, so they are working out multiple backs right now, Richard included. The veteran had an extremely minimal role with the Raiders last year, but has 191 catches for 1,590 yards in his career, and is a decent third-down back. If he signs with the Steelers, it's unlikely that he'd have a huge role given Harris's workload, but he'd be worth monitoring in deep PPR formats.
