The Giants announced that they have waived DB Gavin Heslop ahead of Tuesday's 4 p.m. ET roster cutdown deadline.
Fantasy Impact
Heslop signed with the Giants in late July and has now fallen victim to the NFL's first wave of mandatory roster cuts. Prior to his time with the Giants, the former Stony Brook University Seawolf spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons with the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad and was elevated to the active roster for three games over that time span. The young DB will now look to find a new home before the start of the 2022 regular season.
