Week 11 Outlook
Availability
With Marquise Goodwin out with a concussion and Robert Woods hobbled by his bad foot, it was Walter Powell who stepped up and led the Bills with 59 yards receiving, as he caught three of his team-high eight targets.
Fantasy Impact
Don't count on Powell to stay atop of the Bills' receiving corps; Woods' foot should improve, Goodwin may return, and the offense faces a daunting opponent next Monday in Seattle. Powell can be left alone in fantasy leagues.
Walter Powell caught four passes for 22 yards on five targets in the Bills' win Sunday at New England.
Fantasy Impact
With Sammy Watkins and Greg Salas out, Powell and Brandon Tate got snaps behind starters Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin. Barring any further injuries, no Bills receiver besides Woods needs to be on any fantasy roster.
Walt Powell was the Bills' top receiver statistically Friday night in Washington, with 10 targets, five catches and 55 yards. All of his catches were in the second half.
Fantasy Impact
Powell also had 57 yards on three punt returns, including a 36-yarder. While Greg Salas and Greg Little appear to be ahead of him on the receiver depth chart, special-teams ability may give Powell an edge in making the roster.
