Week 9 Outlook

The Titans released LB Vic Beasley.
Fantasy Impact
Beasley was the Titans' attempt at upgrading their pass rush this past offseason but it just didn't work out. They also released CB Johnathan Joseph, so clearly Tennessee isn't pleased with their underperforming defense.
Titans' OLB Vic Beasley was a full participant during Thursday's practice.
Fantasy Impact
Beasley was the highest profile player the Titans signed during free agency until they decided to pair him with DE Jadeveon Clowney. Beasley accounted for 42 tackles, eight sacks and two forced fumbles during his 2019 season with Atlanta. Factoring in Beasley's expected return, the Titans should finish as a top 12 D/ST against division foe Jacksonville in Week 2.
Vic Beasley (knee) has been ruled out for Week 1 against the Broncos.
Fantasy Impact
The former first-round pick should be considered week-to-week. He only got in a couple of limited practices this week after failing his physical upon his arrival to training camp.
Titans LB Vic Beasley Jr. didn't pass his physical and was placed on the NFI list.
Fantasy Impact
Beasley was also a late arrival to camp for unknown reasons. This certainly isn't the start to camp that Tennessee had in mind for him.
Vic Beasley Jr. has made his late appearance to Titans training camp after an unexcused absence to start.
Fantasy Impact
Beasley signed a one-year $9.5M "prove-it" deal with the Titans after a mediocre rookie tenure with the Falcons. He started off on the wrong foot with his questionable and unexcused absence from camp but fans are hopeful that this will be the end of that weird saga. The Titans have fined Beasley $500k for his no-show.
