Tylan Wallace
WR - Baltimore Ravens
Availability
Tylan Wallace caught his lone target for eight yards in the Ravens' 18-16 loss to the Steelers in Week 11.
Fantasy Impact
Wallace has failed to make a consistent impact on offense, finishing with one or less receptions in four of the last five games for the Ravens. Fantasy managers can leave the wideout out of lineups in all formats ahead of a tough Week 12 contest against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Ravens WR Tylan Wallace is officially inactive for a Week 10 matchup with the Browns.
Fantasy Impact
Wallace was active last week against Seattle, but saw just 16% of the snaps on offense. Fantasy managers can comfortably leave the 24-year-old off their rosters for now.
According to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, the Baltimore Ravens are moving WR Tylan Wallace to injured reserve.
Fantasy Impact
Wallace's move opens up the door for the Ravens to sign QB Josh Johnson to the 53-man roster. The 24-year-old WR played just one offensive snap, mostly seeing the field on special teams. The Ravens will be without him in the short term.
The Baltimore Ravens have selected WR Tylan Wallace with the No. 131 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact
The Ravens continue to select receivers in the draft, adding Oklahoma State WR Tylan Wallace after targeting Minnesota WR Rashod Bateman in the first round. QB Lamar Jackson experienced regression with his passing last season after winning league MVP in 2019, so the addition of a big-play speedster like Wallace will help open up the offense. Expect the Ravens to use the 185-pound Wallace in pre-motion offensive schemes as well as on go routes to stretch the field vertically, allowing Lamar to face a less stacked box, which also adds value to RB J.K. Dobbins' fantasy outlook heading into the season.
