Troy Reeder
LB - Los Angeles Rams - IR
Week 17 Outlook
Availability
Troy Reeder remained absent from practice on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact
Reeder opened the week missing back-to-back practices.
The Rams have chosen not to tender restricted free agent Troy Reeder which will allow the linebacker to test free agency.
Fantasy Impact
In 2021, Reeder tallied two sacks, 91 tackles, and two interceptions for the Super Bowl Champs. The undrafted free agent signed in 2019, played in every game, and served as defensive play caller for part of the playoffs as well.
Troy Reeder ended Sunday’s 20-7 loss to the 49ers with 10 total tackles (seven solo).
Fantasy Impact
Reeder has put up 24 total tackles over the past two games playing about 50% of the snaps. He is a must-add in deeper leagues and dynasty formats. As long as Clay Matthews is sitting out with the broken jaw, Reeder should be considered a strong start in most leagues.
Troy Reeder finished Thursday’s loss to the Seahawks with 13 total tackles (eight solo). Reeder was getting the additional playing time as Bryce Hager deals with a shoulder injury.
Fantasy Impact
Reeder should be on the radars of IDP dynasty owners. Through five games he has 16 total tackles. If Hager sits out any more games Reeder is worth rostering in most leagues.
