According to Michael Rothstein, the Atlanta Falcons are signing cornerback Tre Flowers to a one-year deal.

Flowers, a former Seahawk and Bengal, is teaming up again with S Jessie Bates III, who he played with in Cincinnati during their Super Bowl run. Flowers joins a cornerback room already with AJ Terrell, Jeff Okudah, Mike Hughes and Clark Phillips III. The Falcons have prioritized DB depth this offseason, hoping to improve from a bottom-10 performance in 2022 in passing yards allowed. Flowers adds depth and a veteran presence to a young CB room.

Flowers has 59 total tackles, one sack, and three interceptions through Week 13. He is better suited to be played in deeper IDP leagues but could be started in Week 15 (Panthers) and Week 16 (Cardinals).
