Tarik Black

WR Tarik Black signs with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Wednesday following the injury to rookie WR Roman Wilson (ankle) during practice on Tuesday.

The Steelers sign a former undrafted Michigan WR to fill in for their newly-injured third-round pick out of Michigan. The team will hope for some production out of Black as they await Wilson's return.

According to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic, Baltimore Ravens WR Tarik Black left practice early on Thursday with a trainer, holding his lower back.

Fantasy Impact

Black, a former undrafted WR out of Texas, signed as a free agent in 2021 with the Indianapolis Colts before joining the New York Jets. With the Jets, he appeared in one game and made one catch for 10 yards. Black has been with the Ravens since January 2023. The 25-year-old WR's injury is not currently known nor the extent of it.

Tarik Black caught three passes for 67 yards in the Colts preseason win over the Panthers.

Fantasy Impact

Black 67 receiving yards was the most for the Colts wideouts on the day. It was a very productive day for Black and will look to continue his play next week.
