Week 18 Outlook
Availability
Guard Stefen Wisniewski, who started the first game in place of David DeCastro, was put on IR following Friday's practice.
Fantasy Impact
The injuries keep piling up for the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive line. That doesn't bode well for James Conner and Benny Snell Jr. The Steelers could also use more of a time-share this week against the Broncos. James Conner should be the lead back but Snell will have a role. With the injuries to the offensive line and the uncertainty of touches to each back, both will be risky plays this week.
OL Stefen Wisniewski is signing a two-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Fantasy Impact
Wisniewski tweeted “I’m coming Home!!!!! And I’m coming to win!!!!” on Thursday night. He grew up in Pittsburgh and played his college ball close by at Penn State. Wisniewski played for the Super-Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs in 2019 and for the Super-Bowl winning Philadelphia Eagles in 2017. The veteran offensive lineman will look to help his hometown team up-front in the trenches over the next two seasons.
The Philadelphia Eagles and OL Stefen Wisniewski agreed to terms on an undisclosed deal on Monday.
Fantasy Impact
The Eagles add much-needed help to their offensive line by signing Stefen Wisniewski. Wisniewski player center for the Jaguars in 2015 and was likely brought into Philadelphia to start at left guard.
