Spencer Brown has been elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's matchup versus the Bengals.

Fantasy Impact

With Chuba Hubbard ruled out for the second consecutive Sunday, Brown and Raheem Blackshear will backup starting running back D'onta Foreman versus the Bengals. In Week 8, Brown recorded six carries for 27 yards and one target while Blackshear recorded two carries for one yard. With Foreman being used as the bell-cow running back, opportunities will be very limited for Brown.
