Former Panthers center Ryan Kalil has agreed to terms with the New York Jets.

Kalil, the two-time All-Pro center, spent the first 12 years of his career with Carolina. He fills an area of need for the Jets and should instantly upgrade an offensive line responsible for protecting Sam Darnold and Le'Veon Bell, among others.

Ryan Kalil is listed as questionable for Week 13 due to a neck injury which has been a problem for most of the season limiting him to just two games. If he returns, Tyler Larson will move back to the bench.

If Kalil can return, it would be a boost for the running game and for Christian McCaffrey against the Saints.

Kalil brings an upgrade to the Panthers o-line for Week 7 against the Bears. Christian McCaffrey is a RB1 in PPR formats this week with a plus matchup while Jonathan Stewart is near the RB2/3 range.
