Rock Ya-Sin

Rock Ya-Sin is expected play in the AFC Championship on Sunday against the Chiefs.

Ya-Sin had been listed as questionable. He will play barring any setbacks as Baltimore looks to make it to the Super Bowl. Marlon Humphrey (calf) is also expected to make his return.

Ya-Sin has not practiced since he suffered a knee injury on August 2. His return is much needed considering the Ravens’ secondary is already missing Marlon Humphrey and Damarion Williams. The 27-year-old corner back tallied 37 tackles and seven passes defensed in 11 games with the Raiders in 2022.

Rock Ya-Sin did not suffer a tear in his knee following an MRI.

Fantasy Impact

Ya-Sin is reportedly dealing with some pain and that may take time, but structurally, it appears sound. The Ravens will likely play it super cautious with him heading into Week 1.

The Indianapolis Colts have selected cornerback Rock Ya-Sin with the No. 34 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

This makes two straight defensive backs to start the second round. The Colts continue to build their defense with the selection of Ya-Sin.
