Rachaad White is dealing with what was described as an extortion attempt.

The full statement released was as followed: “The FBI and other appropriate authorities are currently looking into an extortion attempt against Rachaad White. Illegal and defamatory threats and demands against Rachaad and his family will be met with zero tolerance. We will continue to exercise all legal avenues to protect Rachaad’s rights as a victim of extortion.”

Rachaad White’s role continued to diminish in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' 48-14 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. He logged just 6 carries for 30 yards, averaging 5.0 yards per attempt, and caught his only target for 4 yards. With rookie Bucky Irving taking the lead in the backfield and surpassing 1,000 rushing yards on the season, White has increasingly been relegated to a complementary role. This shift in usage highlights the Buccaneers’ confidence in Irving as their primary ball carrier.

White’s reduced workload limits his fantasy value moving forward, particularly as Bucky Irving dominates touches in the backfield. While White remains efficient in limited opportunities, his upside is capped in most formats. Managers should approach White as a deep-league option or insurance for Irving rather than a reliable weekly starter.

Rachaad White carried the ball three times for 10 yards and caught seven of his eight targets for 50 yards in a 26-24 loss to the Cowboys in Week 16.

White did plenty of damage in the passing attack, finishing third on the team in receiving. That being said, he lost a costly fumble that short-circuited a comeback attempt with 1:40 left in the fourth quarter. While Bucky Irving has overtaken him as the Buccaneers' primary back, White has stayed involved enough to stay on the radar as an RB3/flex in Week 17 against the Panthers.

Rachaad White rushed the ball 15 times for 64 yards and caught two passes for 17 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 40-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

White had an up-and-down game on Sunday. He was able to get into the end zone and totaled over 80 yards on the day, but his efficiency wasn't great and he also lost a fumble, which hurt his fantasy total a bit. Still, fantasy managers are likely pleased with the performance that he had in the first week of the fantasy playoffs.

Rachaad White carried the ball 17 times for 90 yards and one touchdown while also hauling in two of his three targets for 19 yards and one touchdown in the Buccaneers' 28-13 Week 14 win over the Raiders.

White took on a primary role out of the backfield with Bucky Irving (back) exiting early, averaging 5.3 yards per carry against a dismal Las Vegas rushing defense. The running back could be poised for another impactful outing if Irving is sidelined in Week 15 in a tough road matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers next Sunday.
