Noah Fant
TE - Seattle Seahawks - Questionable
Availability
Noah Fant was limited at practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Fant is dealing with a groin injury. He remains a touchdown dependent TE2 when healthy.
Noah Fant caught all four of his targets for 65 yards in a 34-14 win over the Falcons in Week 7.
Fantasy Impact
Fant wound up finishing second on the team in receiving while tying for the lead with his four catches. The veteran tight end has now reached at least 63 receiving yards in two straight games as he is starting to carve out a larger role in the Seattle offense. He will be a high-end TE2 in Week 8 against the Bills.
Noah Fant caught all six of his targets for 63 yards in the Seahawks' 36-24 loss to the 49ers on Thursday night.
Fantasy Impact
Fant now has two games of 60 or more receiving yards in his last four. He's not a reliable start for fantasy, but in the desolate landscape that is the tight-end position, he could be a decent bye-week fill-in if he continues to get a decent number of targets. The downside to his performance is that while six targets are plenty for a tight end, it amounted to only an 11.5% target share, putting a slight damper on his fantasy prospects.
Noah Fant caught 3-of-3 targets for 24 yards in the Seahawks 29-20 loss against the Giants.
Fantasy Impact
With AJ Barner and Pharaoh Brown also seeing snaps, Fant will remain a touchdown dependent TE2 for fantasy managers.
Noah Fant (toe) is available for Sunday's game against the New York Giants.
Fantasy Impact
As expected, Fant will be available to play in Sunday's game against the Giants. His toe injury is not a serious one and shouldn't hinder him at all in Week 5. He remains a fringe streaming option at best for the time being.
