Week 13 Outlook

The 49es Twitter announced that the team has waived TE Niles Paul.
Fantasy Impact
In a corresponding move, the 49ers claimed fellow TE Daniel Helm from the Chargers. Paul should catch on elsewhere but the journeyman may have a difficult time finding work on a Week 1 53.
The Jaguars have waived Niles Paul.
Fantasy Impact
Paul played through Week 6 prior to suffering his injury. He seemed to gain fantasy relevance for a minute after the injury to Austin Seferian-Jenkins, but he has then been out since suffering an injury of his own.
Niles Paul is believed to have suffered a sprained MCL. He'll undergo an MRI to determine the extent of the injury and his expected return timeframe.
Fantasy Impact
Rapoport adds that the injury isn't expected to be season-ending. The Jaguars have already signed Blake Bell, so they appear to b planning to be without Paul for at least this week. More should come out on the injury later this week, if not today.
Niles Paul (knee) exited Sunday's game against the Cowboys with a knee injury, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site
Fantasy Impact
Paul was coming off a big day in Week 5 with seven catches but it looks like his day ended early with the injury. Keep an eye on updates to see how severe the injury is with Paul this week.
Niles Paul caught seven passes on nine targets for 65 yards as the Jaguars lost to the Chiefs on Sunday by a 30-14 score.
Fantasy Impact
Paul came out of nowhere for the big day on Sunday as he had seen just four targets over the first four weeks. The veteran tight end has never been a fantasy option since joining the league in 2011 and it is still early to tell if he has jumped Austin Seferian-Jenkins as the top option at tight end for the Jaguars. Paul is only worth a speculative add in deeper fantasy formats.
