Week 10 Outlook
Availability
The Pittsburgh Steelers are calling LB Myles Jack up to their active roster from the practice squad for Week 16.
Fantasy Impact
After signing with their practice squad about a month ago, Jack has not appeared in a game yet for the Steelers, who could have been saving their maximum three call-ups. Jack played in Pittsburgh last season and had 105 tackles and zero sacks in 15 games.
Veteran linebacker Myles Jack is retiring from the NFL after seven seasons.
Fantasy Impact
Jack signed with the Eagles this offseason but is now hanging up his cleats after just one preseason game with Philadelphia. The talented defender finishes his career with 617 tackles, 6.5 sacks, four fumble recoveries, and three interceptions.
The Eagles have singed veteran LB Myles Jack.
Fantasy Impact
Jack suited up in 15 games with the Steelers last season, tallying 61 tackles and three passes defensed last season. The former second-round pick will help bolster the linebackers on the third ranked DST in ECR, according to FantasyPros.
Per Adam Schefter, Myles Jack is expected to sign a two-year, $16 million deal with the Steelers.
Fantasy Impact
Jack, who is still only 26 years old, will head to Pittsburgh to join a linebacker core that already features T.J. Watt, Devin Bush, Joe Schobert, and Alex Highsmith. The UCLA product will look to complement the pass rushing ability of T.J. Watt with his usual role of pass coverage.
Myles Jack is being released by the Jacksonville Jaguars after spending his first six seasons there.
Fantasy Impact
The veteran linebacker has been one of the most productive players for Jacksonville and even led the team in tackles last season. The Jags seem to be moving in a different direction as they have spent heavy on playmakers for Trevor Lawrence early in free agency.
