Williams tied with A.J. Green and Robby Anderson for the lowest target total Sunday. The 28-year-old has played in just two games this season, tallying three receptions between both games. Williams can be left on the waiver wire heading into Week 16.

Williams is technically on Arizona's practice squad, but he will be elevated once again n Monday. He's been a big depth piece for the Cardinals since veteran Zach Ertz went down with a knee injury, and he will likely play a big role again on Monday. He hasn't been very productive in the pass game, however, and he's not likely to have a serviceable fantasy night against a stout New England defense.

Williams played only 13 snaps in his first game since Week 4. The veteran was elevated from the practice squad for the game but appears to be firmly behind Trey McBride on the depth chart and has no fantasy value at this point.

With the Cardinals losing Zach Ertz for the season last week, Williams will be vying for snaps alongside rookie TE Trey McBride. Williams does have some rapport with QB Kyler Murray from back in the day, but he likely won't see enough playing time to provide any sort of consistent fantasy value.
