Joseph was brought in to sure up the Eagles’ run defense after they have been gashed the last few weeks. The Eagles’ defense and Joseph will have a tough test facing Jonathan Taylor Sunday.

Joseph played with the Chargers the last two seasons. The Eagles run defense has been the biggest struggle this season, so Joseph could help the team in that area.
Mike Garafolo on Twitter is reporting that sources have told him that free agent defensive tackle Linval Joseph has agreed on a two-year deal with the Los Angeles Chargers worth $17M with another $2M in incentives.
Fantasy Impact
With Joseph joining the Chargers defensive line, he will form an unstoppable front line as he will join Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram. The Chargers' team defense will be very tough to run on and will be a nice sleeper next season if they can remain healthy.
Linval Joseph recorded six tackles (four solo), two tackles for a loss, and a sack in the Vikings’ 21-16 loss to the Packers on Sunday.

Joseph recorded a sack for the second straight outing, bringing his season total to two. He’s also amassed 10 tackles (seven solo) thus far, and he’s an IDP option worth considering, based on the matchup.
Vikings defensive lineman Linval Joseph popped up on Thursday’s injury report with a knee injury. He did not participate in practice.

It’s not clear when he suffered the injury or if he will miss any time beyond Thursday’s session. Friday’s final injury report should provide a better indication of his status for Sunday. Joseph has 52 tackles and one sack in 13 games this season.
