Week 16 Outlook
Availability
The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to terms with free agent tight end Larry Donnell.
Fantasy Impact
After losing Dennis Pitta and Crockett Gillmore to injury as well as Darren Waller to a season-long suspension, the Ravens signed Donnell Sunday. He'll likely compete with Maxx Williams, Ben Watson and Nick Boyle for the role of the team's TE1. Donnell caught nine touchdowns in four years with the Giants.
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports the New York Giants will not re-sign tight end, Larry Donnell, this offseason.
Fantasy Impact
On a day in which the Giants released Victor Cruz and Rashad Jennings, they also announced that they will not re-sign Donnell, who is an impending free agent. Donnell, who showed promise in 2014, has been on the decline since suffering a severe neck injury in 2015. He only accumulated a 15-92-1 stat line in 2016 and was consistently outplayed by fellow tight end Will Tye.
Larry Donnell caught one pass for eight yards in a 17-10 win over the Rams.
Fantasy Impact
Larry Donnell on the season has 15 catches for 92 yards and one touchdown.
Larry Donnell caught six passes for 34 yards in a 27-23 win over the Ravens.
Fantasy Impact
Larry Donnell on the season has 14 catches for 84 yards and one touchdown.
New York Giants TE Larry Donnell (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 5.
Fantasy Impact
Donnell will not play in Sunday night's Week 5 clash against the Green Bay Packers as he is dealing with a concussion. In Donnell's absence, Will Tye will draw the start. Tye should be considered as a mid-range TE2 with touchdown upside in a solid matchup against the Packers on Sunday night.
