Kwamie Lassiter II

Week 14 Outlook
Availability
Kwamie Lassiter II has been waived by the Cincinnati Bengals.
Fantasy Impact
Lassiter II was released after having eight catches for 47 yards and no touchdowns in the 2024 preseason with the Bengals. The second-year wide receiver out of Kansas will look to either sign with a practice squad or push to make a 53-man squad.
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Kwamie Lassiter II was identified by ESPN's Ben Baby as an under-the-radar player to monitor during training camp. Baby notes that Lassiter, an undrafted free agent, has impressed during minicamp and even taken some first-team reps.
Fantasy Impact
Lassiter spent five seasons at Kansas. In 2021, he caught 59 passes for 653 yards and three touchdowns. If he can make an impact on special teams, Lassiter will have a shot at earning a spot on Cincinnati's 53-man roster. Still, between his lack of NFL experience and the Bengals' depth at wide receiver, it's hard to imagine the former Jayhawk will have any fantasy relevance in 2022.
