Kimani Vidal
RB - Los Angeles Chargers
Availability
Chargers RB Kimani Vidal is officially inactive for Week 10.
Fantasy Impact
Vidal will serve as a healthy scratch for Sunday's matchup with the Titans. Gus Edwards will return to the roster and likely serve as the backup to J.K. Dobbins.
Kimani Vidal ran for 10 yards on three carries and caught his only target for 9 yards in the Chargers MNF loss to Arizona.
Fantasy Impact
Vidal looks firmly behind starter J.K. Dobbins in the backfield right now. He could get more opportunities if Dobbins continues to struggle with efficiency, but we'd have to hear more about a role expansion from the coaching staff to take that narrative anywhere beyond plain speculation. He's a bench stash in deeper formats but in most leagues he is best left on waivers.
Kimani Vidal ran for 11 yards on four carries in the Chargers 23-16 win over the Broncos. He also caught 2-of-2 targets for 40 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Fantasy Impact
Vidal hauled in a 38-yard touchdown out of the backfield to open the game in the first quarter. With Gus Edwards placed on IR, he'll remain an intriguing stash for fantasy managers.
Chargers coach John Harbaugh said RB Kimani Vidal will be active for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Fantasy Impact
Vidal will backup J.K. Dobbins with Gus Edwards ruled out. The rookie will get a chance to prove himself in the Chargers backfield if he gets the opportunity.
Kimani Vidal is officially inactive for Week 1 for the Los Angeles Chargers against the Las Vegas Raiders Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
Vidal won’t suit up for the season opener for head coach Jim Harbaugh, with Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins leading a revamped Los Angeles rushing attack against the Raiders Sunday.
