Fantasy Impact

Minter saw additional playing time with Devin White still nursing a knee injury. White was active for the game but isn’t getting rushed back into full action at this time. If White continues to miss any game time Minter is a must-add in that situation.

Kevin Minter was a force on Sunday against the Bengals. He constantly was sent on the blitz and time-and-time again he blew up Jeremy Hill when he stepped up to try and block him. Minter finished with 7 tackles but his pressure kept Dalton uncomfortable for most of the night.

Fantasy Impact

Minter has had a resurgence over recent week using primarily to blitz and provide pressure on the quarterback. It seems whoever the Cardinals plug in at linebacker instantly becomes better and that is certainly the case for Minter this season.

Kevin Minter only played 19 snaps in Week 3 versus the San Francisco 49ers while compiling 2 tackles.

Fantasy Impact

If you were hoping the second year linebacker out of LSU would have some IDP value in 2014, it looks like that's on hold for the foreseeable future. Until he's in the game more often and seeing a higher snap count, he can be cut for a more useful replacement.
