Fantasy Impact
Following the retirement of Amari Cooper this week, the Raiders have added Shorter as the 53rd player on their roster. The Raiders signed TE Justin Shorter to their practice squad.
Fantasy Impact
Shorter is listed as a tight end despite being a wide receiver when he entered the NFL with the Bills. He will add depth in the tight end room for Las Vegas on the practice squad.
Bills WR Justin Shorter (knee) did not participate in practice Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Shorter is competing for a depth role on the Bills’ roster, but has had trouble staying healthy. After missing the entire 2023 season, he will need to return to training camp healthy to carve out a role.
The Buffalo Bills have selected Florida WR Justin Shorter with the No. 150 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact
Shorter is 6-foot-4, bringing size to the Bills WR room, something there is not an abundance of; he also has the ability to use his size in the red zone and in contested situations. Shorter provides more depth at WR for the Bills as they look for a consistent group to accompany Stefon Diggs.
