Justin Shorter has been signed by the Raiders off of their practice squad.

Following the retirement of Amari Cooper this week, the Raiders have added Shorter as the 53rd player on their roster. Originally drafted by the Bills in the fifth round of the 2023 draft, Shorter got into 10 games for the Raiders last season. He is likely to see the majority of any playing time on special teams.
