LB -
Week 17 Outlook
Availability
The New Orleans Saints announced that they have signed LB Jon Bostic.
Fantasy Impact
Bostic entered the NFL in 2013 as a second-round pick of the Chicago Bears and has since played for the Patriots, Colts, Steelers, and most recently the Washington Commanders. The tenth-year pro has amassed 555 tackles, 9.5 sacks, 15 passes defended, and three interceptions through 106 career games. Bostic will add another veteran presence to a linebacker room that is led by Demario Davis.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Washington LB Jon Bostic isn't expected to be suspended for his hit on Cowboys QB Andy Dalton.
Fantasy Impact
Bostic was immediately ejected from the Week 7 game after the hit, and apparently the NFL considers that to be enough of a punishment. Dalton is currently in the league's concussion protocol.
Jon Bostic turned in a valiant effort during Thursday’s loss to the Vikings. He racked up nine total tackles (seven solo) and one sack.
Fantasy Impact
Bostic is currently second on the team in total tackles with 60 through Week 8. He is worth rostering and starting in most leagues.
Jon Bostic recorded six total tackles (four solo) against the Jaguars in Week 13.
Fantasy Impact
Though Bostic didn't post the numbers he has recently, he was still solid. Bostic will look to bounce back to double-digit numbers against the Bills in Week 14.
Jon Bostic recorded 11 total tackles, including five solo tackles in the Colts' loss to the Titans.
Fantasy Impact
Bostic recorded double-digit tackles for the third time this season against the Titans. Bostic is a worth consideration for those in need of a linebacker.
