Jase McClellan
RB - Atlanta Falcons
Week 12 Outlook
Availability
Falcons sixth-round rookie runningback Jase McClellan (coach's decision) will be inactive for the team's MNF matchup vs. the Eagles.
Fantasy Impact
McClellan did not play in Week 1 and will be inactive again this week. The team will roll with RBs Bijan Robinson, Tyler Allgeier and Avery Williams tonight in Philadelphia.
Falcons RB Jase McClellan is officially inactive for Week 1.
Fantasy Impact
McClellan is listed as a healthy scratch for the Falcons in Week 1. He made the team but will likely not have a role on the active roster early in the season.
Jase McClellan turned in a solid game in his team's 13-12 loss to the Ravens in preseason action on Saturday. McClellan carried the ball 11 times for 55 yards and a touchdown to lead the Atlanta backfield.
Fantasy Impact
McClellan was impressive with the Falcons resting several key players on offense. The rookie running back has now accumulated 85 rushing yards and a touchdown on 20 carries through two preseason games. That being said, he will open the season stuck behind Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier at the very least. He's a deep dynasty stash at best moving forward.
The Atlanta Falcons have selected RB Jase McClellan with the No. 186 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Impact
McClellan led Alabama with 890 rushing yards in 13 games last season. The 21-year-old will be competing for a depth role behind Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier.
