The Cleveland Browns signed WR James Proche II to their practice squad.

This move comes the same day as the Browns traded Amari Cooper to the Bills. They also signed C Cameron Tom and released RB Gary Brightwell and DT Siaki Ika from the practice squad.

James Proche II caught all five of his targets for 26 yards and a touchdown in a 37-33 loss to Seahawks.

Proche caught a six-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter from Tyler Huntley. The 27-year-old veteran is looking at a depth role with the Browns, but could lose out to Jamari Thrash and Michael Woods based on their performances Saturday.
