Isaiah Coulter
WR -
Week 13 Outlook
Availability
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Buffalo Bills waived WR Isaiah Coulter on Sunday as part of their 53-man cutdowns.
Fantasy Impact
Coulter is a 24-year-old receiver who was a fifth-round pick in 2020. The Rhode Island product has played in four games in his career, recording just one target which was incomplete. Coulter does not have experience on special teams which makes it harder for him to stick on rosters. He is being waived by the Bills, but he will probably clear waivers and sign with a team's practice squad somewhere.
Isaiah Coulter was waived by the Chicago Bears to make room for newly-acquired WR Chase Claypool.
Fantasy Impact
Coulter struggled to find the field very much during the regular season this year after having an impressive off-season. The team made a trade with Pittsburgh for WR Chase Claypool Tuesday, and Coulter had to be cut to make room for him. He may find himself on another team's roster in the coming days, but he likely won't be fantasy relevant regardless of where he lands.
Bears wide receiver Isaiah Coulter turned six targets into three catches for a team-most 39 yards against the Seahawks on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
Coulter, formerly of the Texans, is competing for a roster spot in camp and throughout the preseason. He has played in just four games through two years with Houston and Chicago, commanding just one target.
Isaiah Coulter will not play in Week 13's matchup against the Colts.
Fantasy Impact
Coulter returned to practice this week and was expected to see an increase in volume with a quickly thinning receiving corps in Houston. Brandin Cooks and Keke Coutee will be the top pass-catching options this week but Coulter makes for a decent stash for Week 14 and beyond.
Houston Texans rookie wide receiver Isaiah Coulter returned to practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
Coulter is seemingly buried on the depth chart for the Houston Texans, but aside from Will Fuller, no one is impervious to losing snaps to a more effective player. Coulter is more of a dynasty stash, but for those of you in redraft leagues, he may just be an injury away from entering the rotation once healthy. He is someone to add to your watch list.
