Fantasy Impact
Tavecchio was perfect in the three games he played for the Falcons in 2018 and enters 2019 as the unquestioned starter for what should be a high-octane offense. Despite Friday's poor outing (one of the field goals was tipped), he should still be a top five kicking option in drafts.

While Tavecchio had played well in recent weeks with Matt Bryant injured, he didn't get enough opportunities to score on Sunday. While he was perfect on the day, it was only on two tries, which doesn't make for a great day for his fantasy owners. He will get a shot to bounce back in Week 11 at home against Dallas.

In his second straight game playing for the injured Matt Bryant, Tavecchio was perfect on six total tries. While he didn't go off, he was at least efficient and productive. If Bryant is unable to return next week or the Falcons elect to make a surprising permanent kicking change, Tavecchio will be on the radar in Week 10 against the Browns.

Tavecchio was outstanding in spot duty with Matt Bryant out. Two of his three field goals went for over 50 yards. If Bryant isn't good to go in Week 9 following Atlanta's Week 8 bye, Tavecchio should again get the call against the Redskins.

Tavecchio converted from 36 and 53 yards out, so he turned in a nice fantasy performance this week. The Oakland offense still has plenty of scoring power, and Tavecchio looks like a solid kicker in terms of accuracy, so continue to roll him out in fantasy. The Raiders face the Patriots next week in a game that has shootout potential.
