There is still little-to-no fantasy value to be found in the Raiders D/ST, who have only three fumble recoveries and five interceptions on the year. They were able to intercept Peyton Manning twice in Week 10, and having Hayden available certainly won't hurt versus a struggling Philip Rivers, who threw a season high three interceptions in Week 9 against the Miami Dolphins. The Raiders, who are in danger of losing their 16th straight game, will look to take advantage of the Chargers recent woes.
