Dexter McDougle signed with the Philadelphia Eagles, per PFT. DT Destiny Vaeao was released with an injury designation in a corresponding move.

Fantasy Impact

Minimal. For now, McDougle is buried behind Ronald Darby, Jalen Mills, Sidney Jones, and Rasul Douglas on the depth chart.

The Jets officially placed third-round pick Dexter McDougle on injured reserve on Wednesday. This comes on the same day that the Jets placed fellow rookie Shaq Evans on IR, ending his season too. McDougle finds himself on the list after tearing his ACL in practice earlier this month.

Fantasy Impact

Dexter McDougle was an interesting fantasy prospect this season, after it appeared in training camp that he may unseat Dimitri Patterson for the second starting cornerback role. Unfortunately for McDougle and the Jets, he picked up an injury that will keep him out for the season. McDougle will probably be available in dynasty leagues next year, and will be worth a look at next year when he has recovered.
