Cain, who was a sixth-rounder in 2018, has struggled to make it past the 53-man roster deadline the last few seasons. He spent his first two years with the Colts and Steelers where he caught nine passes. Since then , he has not played a single regular season snap. Cain does not have a history on special teams either, which is typically valued in depth WRs. He will have a chance to sign onto a team's practice squad for the 2023 season.
