Week 13 Outlook
Availability
The Cleveland Browns signed former Tampa Bay wide receiver Cyril Grayson Jr. to their practice squad on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact
Grayson was an UDFA out of LSU in 2017 who spent the previous three years on and off the Buccaneers' active roster. He had some success with Tom Brady late in 2021, and has a speed element to his game. Grayson is likely just a depth signing for Cleveland, but could be elevated if there are injuries ahead of him.
Cyril Grayson is visiting the Washington Commanders Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact
Grayson played in three games with Tampa Bay in 2021, logging 212 yards and two touchdowns on 10 receptions. Grayson likely will not carry any fantasy value if he is signed, barring any injuries to the wide receivers that would be ahead of him.
Cyril Grayson Jr. is out for the Buccaneers against the Rams Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
There was hope that Cyril Grayson Jr. would be able to return for this game, but he will again be sidelined due to injury. With him and fellow wide receiver Breshad Perriman out, the team will rely on Mike Evans, Scotty Miller, and Tyler Johnson as its three primary wide outs. Rob Gronkowski also figures to continue to be heavily involved in the passing game.
Cyril Grayson Jr. is inactive for matchup against the LA Rams.
Fantasy Impact
With Grayson Jr. out for the matchup, Scotty Miller should fill his role along side Mike Evans and Tyler Johnson.
Cyril Grayson Jr. was able to return to practice in a limited capacity Friday. He's questionable to play Sunday against the Rams due to his hamstring injury.
Fantasy Impact
Grayson will likely come down to a game-time decision for Tampa Bay. The team is in need of help at wide receiver given their other injuries, and Grayson was impressive the last time he was on the field. If he suits up he'll be an interesting and inexpensive DFS target this weekend.
