The New York Giants signed DB Breon Borders.

Borders has spent time with 13 different NFL teams after entering the league as an UDFA out of Duke. He'll compete in training camp for a depth role in the Giants secondary and in special teams.

There was no additional information provided as to why the recently signed Borders was suspended by the league. The 27-year-old cornerback will be eligible to return Week 3 against Detroit.

According to Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston, the Atlanta Falcons are signing veteran DB Breon Borders.

Borders went undrafted in 2017 and has bounced around from team to team since then, suiting up for six different teams. Borders most notably started five games for Tennessee in 2020, catching his first career interception, forcing five pass deflections and totaling 27 tackles. Borders will compete for a roster spot in an already fairly deep Atlanta DB room.
