Availability
Commanders TE Ben Sinnott (illness) was a full participant in practice Thursday.
Fantasy Impact
Sinnott was limited in practice Wednesday due to an illness. He will likely suit up for the Commanders in Week 12 against Dallas, but is currently off the fantasy radar based on his limited involvement in the offense.
Ben Sinnott (illness) was officially limited in Washington's practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
The rookie was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday. He's dealing with an illness, but it doesn't seem to be serious and he should be good to go for Sunday's game. He has seen very little involvement so far this year, so he remains off of the fantasy radar for the time being.
Ben Sinnott caught both of his targets for six yards and a score in the Commanders' 40-7 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
It wasn't a big game for the young tight end, managing just two targets, but he caught his first two career passes in this game and his first career touchdown as well. The rookie out of Kansas State is talented but stuck behind Zach Ertz in the pecking order at the moment. He could come on later in the year, but for now, he's best left on the waiver wire.
Ben Sinnott didn't record a target or catch in Sunday's 37-20 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Fantasy Impact
The rookie had an unimpressive debut on Sunday. He wasn't able to log even a single target or catch over the course of the afternoon, and it appears that he is still below 33-year old Zach Ertz on the team's depth chart. He still has the potential to develop into a strong contributor, but that isn't likely to happen anytime soon.
Ben Sinnott has reportedly shown versatility but not the ability to create separation in camp and the preseason.
Fantasy Impact
Sinnott was selected with the No. 53 overall pick back in April by Washington. He is likely to open the season backing up Zach Ertz, but it is possible Sinnott can eventually pass him as the season progresses. He remains an intriguing player to stash for fantasy managers.
