Arthur Jones
DT -
Week 11 Outlook
Availability
Indianapolis Colts DL Arthur Jones, who missed the entire 2015 season with an ankle injury was suspended for the first four games of the 2016 regular season for a violation of the league's performance-enhancing drug policy.
Fantasy Impact
The Indianapolis Colts took a hit to their already suspect defense on Friday when the NFL suspended Arthur Jones for the first four games f the regular season. Jones has not appeared in a meaningful game since 2014, where he only played in nine contests. Indianapolis' D/ST should remain on the waiver wire entering the 2016 fantasy football campaign.
Colts defensive lineman Arthur Jones will miss the first four games of the season for violating the league's policy on PEDs.
Fantasy Impact
The Colts' defense is one of the poorest in the NFL and Jones' absence hurts it further. Unless you are in desperate times or a very deep league, the Colts DST should be left well alone.
Art Jones was placed on short term IR with the possibility to return mid-season. In his absence, rookie Henry Anderson looks to get a chance to fill the void left at the defensive tackle position.
Fantasy Impact
Depending on the development of Anderson, this could be a detrimental blow to the Colts' D this season. Anderson has played both positions in college and, if he can produce at a high level, should limit the impact of Jones' loss.
