Amon-Ra St. Brown
WR - Detroit Lions
Availability
Amon-Ra St. Brown (rest) was a non-participant at practice on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact
To no surprise, the Lions let St. Brown have a rest day on Wednesday. He was heavily involved in Sunday's loss to the Bills, and with the postseason coming up shortly, they don't want to risk him suffering any unnecessary injuries. He should be good to go for Week 16, barring anything unforeseen.
Amon-Ra St. Brown hauled on 14 of his team-leading 18 targets for 193 yards and one touchdown while also losing a fumble in the Lions’ 48-42 Week 15 loss to the Bills.
Fantasy Impact
St. Brown continues to operate as the primary option for quarterback Jared Goff in the Detroit passing attack, recording five or more receptions on six or more targets in each of his last seven games, scoring five touchdowns in that same span. The superstar wideout remains an elite WR1 option for fantasy managers still alive in the playoffs ahead of a Week 16 road matchup against the Chicago Bears.
Amon-Ra St. Brown caught five of his six targets for 43 yards and added a 10-yard rush in a 34-31 win over the Packers in Week 14.
Fantasy Impact
St. Brown finished tied for third on the Lions in receiving yards in the high-scoring game. The veteran slot receiver remains a productive fantasy asset but he has not been performing as the WR1 he was drafted to be of late as he has 16 catches for 178 scoreless yards over the last three games. Still a must-start in all fantasy leagus, he will look to bounce back against the Bills at home in Week 15.
Amon-Ra St. Brown hauled in five of his seven targets for a team-leading 73 yards in the Lions' 30-23 Week 13 win over the Bears.
Fantasy Impact
St. Brown continues to operate as the primary option for quarterback Jared Goff, recording five or more receptions on seven or more targets for the fifth consecutive games. The wideout continues to reward fantasy managers with WR1 output in lineups, with a Week 14 contest against the Green Bay Packers ahead.
Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (knee) will officially be active for Week 13's matchup vs. the Bears on Thanksgiving Day.
Fantasy Impact
St. Brown was limited in practice this week as he dealt with a knee injury, but he will still get the start today. Expect him to still put up WR1 numbers as a primary option in the Lions' offense.
