New England Patriots defensive end Rob Ninkovich told ESPN that he has been suspended four games for the unknowing use of a banned substance. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Ninkovich claims that the product he used contained a banned substance which was not identified on the label - a story similar to that of Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Lane Johnson. Ninkovich is working his way back from injury and was unlikely to make the start of the season anyway. A jack-of-all-trades contributor for the team, his presence will be missed but shouldn't affect the production of the Patriots' D/ST in fantasy this year.
