Robert Griffin III signs with Cleveland Browns

Robert Griffin III has just signed a two-year deal to join the Cleveland Browns. He would presumably start the 2016 season as the team's starter. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Browns may still take a quarterback with the second overall pick in the NFL draft, but Griffin would allow them to bring the new rookie along slowly. He has a chance to jump start his career with Hue Jackson in Cleveland. He's still not much of a fantasy asset outside of deep dynasty leagues, but at least he's back on the radar.
