Jameis Winston signs with New York Giants on two-year deal

by Garrett Ball | Giants Correspondent | Fri, Mar 21st 8:28pm EDT

Jameis Winston has signed with the New York Giants on a two-year, $8 million deal that can be worth up to $16 million. (Jordan Schultz on X)

Fantasy Impact:

One of the most likable players in the NFL has found a home. Winston was a boon for the struggling pass catchers in Cleveland last year, and fantasy managers will hope he can do the same for the Giants. Malik Nabers, Darius Slayton, and Theo Johnson managers will rejoice. Even those who stuck it out with Jaylin Hyatt can have some hope. With the Giants signing Winston, should they go QB with the third overall pick, they can afford to let whoever they select sit behind Jameis for a year and let Jameis be the bridge QB.
