Fantasy Impact:
Tillman has missed a good chunk of time due to a concussion, but he will have a chance to make his return to the lineup in time for Sunday's game. Even if that's the case, fantasy managers shouldn't have high expectations for him with Dorian Thompson-Robinson set to start at quarterback for the Browns in Week 16.
