Jameis Winston to serve as QB2 in Week 16

Following the news that QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson will start for the Browns in Week 16, Jameis Winston is slated to serve as the backup on Sunday in Cincinnati. (Mary Kay Cabot on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Since Winston came in to start for Cleveland in Week 8, he's thrown for 2,038 yards, 12 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. The team has elected to go with the younger quarterback going forward.
