Fantasy Impact:
Thompson-Robinson took over for Jameis Winston last Sunday. He completed 4-of-9 passes for 18 yards and an interception. The ceiling of the Browns passing offense takes a hit as a result. The Bengals D/ST becomes more of an appealing streaming option this week.
