As expected, Lock was unable to practice on Wednesday. He's reportedly in a walking boot right now due to a heel injury, and he's also managing a minor elbow issue at the moment. He's not expected to play in Week 15, which leaves Tommy DeVito as the favorite to be the starter for the Giants against the Ravens.
